I caught up with Michigan State 2024 quarterback commit Henry Hasselbeck to get his thoughts on his most recent visit to MSU last weekend for the game versus Michigan, where his commitment stands given the uncertainty with the coaching staff and how his senior season is going at Xaverian Brothers High School.
He remains firmly committed with the Spartans as of now, but is of course monitoring the situation closely. In the meantime, his focus is on the present.
"The unknowns about the coaching staff are a tough situation, obviously," Hasselbeck explained. "I've chosen to focus on what I can control right now, and that is to have a great season at Xaverian. We have our last regular season game this Friday before the start of the state playoff tournament."
