"How do u avoid a let down, are you concerned etc." Talked to the team this week, I said "3-0 is good, how does 3-9 sound". He also explained "dragging them to the deep water---that's where we live"---means pain, lifting, nutrition, practice. BTW, pls just don't "row the friggin' boat" and all that kinda BS.
