Tuf visited MSU last Thursday. I was able to reach him via text and got a few comments:
"It was a good visit. I learned a lot more about all aspects of the program, athletically, socially and academically"
I followed up with a few more questions, but he did not get back with me. Usually if a kid is really excited about a school he gets back with me...No always, but usually that is the case.
I have long thought Borland would likely go to Wisconsin (where his dad played) or if he did go elsewhere it would be OSU as they got in on him early and have been very aggressive.
I personally think it would be better if he went to OSU for 2 reasons....
1) You know OSU is going to get top players no matter what.
2) If they get Borland, it could help some with Ferns.
