Plus:
1. The offensive play calling was incredible...MSU used so many formations it was awesome.....
This offense has really evolved into multiple sets. Hope the creativity continues as the offensive schemes were very well called. The mis-directions calls were set up to perfection!!
2. WRs spot will be fine, Price is a stud, Copeland looked good, Cooper at DE was a plus, OL looks to pull really well...a lot of positives....
Negative:
1. We miss Langford in a big way....(This is probably biased because I was a huge Langford fan and thought he was one of the best backs we have had for this type of offense) hope Delton Williams gets some carries next week. Need to get the rotation down to two backs. IMO London needs to get the bulk of the carries as he seems the most game ready and Delton Williams needs to play next week. Holmes and Scott just don't hit the hole like a Big Ten RB yet IMO.
2. I just don't see us beating Oregon if we play our base defense of 4 DL and 3 LBs....it just doesn't give you enough guys to cover and enough speed on the field...seems like we ask the LBs to do too much in pass coverage....Darien Harris seems like he is expected to run with WRs down the field....that just seems impossible.
