@austenflores and @Greg Smith were able to catch up with 2027 four-star Texas defensive tackle Amari Vickerson at the SMSB Wayne State Showcase today.
Vickerson plans a visit to Michigan State on Monday, June 2. He will also visit Michigan on Monday and Georgia later in the week.
Vickerson was last at MSU in March. He ranks as the No. 51 player overall in the nation.
His dad, Kevin Vickerson, played for Michigan State in the early 2000s before enjoying a long NFL career. He also previously worked as a defensive analyst for MSU under Mel Tucker. Austen and Greg briefly spoke to Kevin as well.
