Babers had a losing record in 5/6 first seasons. 29 wins and 43 losses, and two years ago in year 5 went 1-10.
This is his best team by far, but it just goes to show that people need to have patience with coaches. I thought Babers would have been fired by now, but here is having a very successful year 7.
Mel is on year 3 and there are many here that are worried about our future. I’m not worried, this roster is still being built in the way he wants it to be. We need to remember to have some patience.
