Re-watching---they have the wide receiver or RB play just outside the tight end off the line, and he jumps in motion almost every play---fine. But the QB, on the hard count pulls out---then stops to look to the sideline for a play. Obviously not a penalty--didn't call it---why?

Thought a hard count and any type flinch is illegal. Or is that pros only--classic Peyton move. Seemed a little Mickey-Mouse--just like the back in motion exaggerates with his arms like he is really running--then stops. Would seem to give a slight advantage---D-line has to wait a split second. Thanks.
