I've probably watched parts of at least 15 games over the past few weeks.
Last night I was watching the 2007, MSU/Northwestern game. Very entertaining, except for the fact that MSU lost in OT (I was actually at the game with my son. His first MSU game.). Man, there was some good talent on that MSU team. Some guys that would definitely be playing today. Davis, Ringer, Caulcrick, Greg Jones, Gordon, Martin, Hoyer (not saying he would have beat out Cook, but he was good), Dell, Thomas.......just a good team. MSU ended up going just 7-6 that season, but lost those 6 games by a combined 31 points, and never lost a game by more than 7. That easily could have been an 11 win season. And my guess is if that roster had two or three years under Dantonio, it would have won 11.
