MSU gave up a TD because the punter dropped the football and the score is 21-7. MSU responds and drives down field only to have Geiger miss a FG...again. Right there Purdue had life and the air got sucked out. If that FG is good, IMO totally different game.

Purdue got momentum going and once they made it 21-14 it was a ballgame. Every coach has been in these types of games and they key is making sure the game does no slip away.

Then MSU drives down again and Lyles decides to do a body catch rather than catch it with his hands. Lyles catches that and game is over. MSU settles for FG, but Purdue still had life.

You let an inferior team hang around they will make you pay...remember theses are the type of games MSU used to lose when JLS, BW and even Saban were at MSU. In contarst, MSU made the plays to seal the win.
