Harris and Dowell ... methinks that Dowell might be playing himself into more and more snaps after being the second leading tackler last week. I'll be watching for two things ... his ability to defend the pass in the flat and how he defends sweeps and reverses.
Nicholson ... so he loses his position on the kickoff team? Not a good sign. Combined with the fact that he has missed several open field tackles, he sure needs to have a good game. We need him to. Big time.
Hicks ... can he play solidly in this game? With the loss of Copeland, we need him to step in and provide some stability. He is certainly going to see a lot of balls thrown his way based on how teams picked on him last year. Time will tell if he's able to win back a starting role.
