I spend a lot of weekends in Boston due to work and my daughters in college up there. I usually catch Spartan games at the Boston Marriott in Copley Square. (The Michigan victory 2 years ago was the most incredible bar experience of my Spartan life.) They'll tune in to any game you ask for. Usually no sound and rarely find a fellow Spartan.
My wife just found a place called Baseball Tavern 1 block over from Fenway Park. They market themselves as a bar catering to Spartans, LSU, Oregon State, Wisconsin and Purdue fans. Anyone go there? The Bowling Green game is a noon kickoff, but the Red Sox are playing the Yankees in NY at 1;30 that day so I would think they'll be all Saux that afternoon. I'll certainly call them.
