My wife and I are getting ready to move and of course we will be buying a new house. The house we are currently in is going to be kept and we are going to rent it out, using it as an investment. We're in between on whether to jump now or wait a couple more months.
The area that we are moving to is a fairly hot market, but with fall coming the moves are slowing down and some are starting to drop the asking price. This makes me want to wait.
