Truly incredible. I know the talent explosion in the South has been an issue for 30+ years, but looking at the 2016 rankings in FL compared to MI it is remarkable to see in such stark differences.
FL has 6 -5 stars, and 36 4-stars.
MI has 1-5 star, and 5 4-stars.
Or simply put, MI has only 1/7 of FL talent, or 14.28%
But that just tells part of the story. Take a look at the 100th ranked guy in FL.
An OL with OFFERS FROM OSU & FSU.
That is unbelievable state-wide depth. The likes of which has possibly never occurred before.
The 100th guy in Mi probably couldn't play for Albion College. (well who knows)
Anyway, it just illustrates what Coach D, and really everone else in the North is up against.
All the more reason the be thankful for having a great man & staff in control.
