Here is a link to an article in ESPN mag about the former Wisconsin LB, and his decision to walk away from pro football because of concussions. I've always been a proponent of the adage "the more that you put yourself in harms way, the more harm is going to come to you'. As much as I love college football, and football in general, maybe it's time to scale it back. You have: winter conditioning, Spring football, summer conditioning, Fall camp, football season, 20hr or more weeks during the season, bowl practices, bowl games, etc. Of course we all know that money is driving college football these days. But I fear that at some point we will lose this game that we all love so much if changes aren't made. What changes should be made? That's open to debate.
