I'm curious as to what most people believe/know about this subject:
At what level does coaching have the greatest long-term impact on a football player's development? (i.e. does coaching a high-schooler result in the most significant improvement and chance of future success, does this happen at the college level...or is that made at the professional level?)
Does starting age (Pee wee, Midget) coaching have much bearing?
Can a staff of former NFL coaches claim to have an upper hand in assisting/hastening this development?
Is it like PGA golf...where the difference between in skill level may be miniscule, but shooting a 69 vs 68 consistently is the difference between #1 and #30 in the world? (and can coaching close that distance?)
