Lets connect some dots and speculate:
-AJ Arcuri camps at Michigan State and performs very well.
-A few days later Arcuri is offered by the Pitt Panthers despite not camping there. Did Narduzzi see the OL film of Arcuri
-MSU tells Narduzzi they like the kid a lot, but can't move now die to being full. They may offer later though if they have a spot.
-Narduzzi offers and MSU is fine with it for two reasons. The first is they would rather see him in ACC than playing against him in Big Ten. Second the better Pitt does on the field the more it impacts Penn State.
-Cupp decides he is going to camp at OSU and try and get an offer. MSU draws the line at committed kids camping at a team in the same division, pulls scholarship and immediately offers Arcuri.
-What if Justin Layne and Morris would have camped as well? Would MSU acted the same way?
-Is it possible that MSU actually liked Arcuri better following camp, but could not offer due to scholarship numbers? Why does a team with as much recruiting swagger as MSU jump on Arcuri right now?
-Cupp does MSU a favor and actually gives them a reason to get a player they actually like better.
Now I know for this to have any relevance you have to think that Naruzzi and the MSU staff still keep in touch and that MSU places more emphasis on working with a kid in person rather than Rivals rankings.....What am I thinking
