SIAP, but this is an interesting story...
Sweat is one of many Michigan State defensive linemen who played basketball in high school, part of defensive line coach Ron Burton's "basketball on grass" philosophy on big men with good footwork.
Sweat has played a bit of offseason basketball with his teammates and was asked for his starting five among Spartans.
"I'd put Demetrious Cox at the one, I have Craig Evans at the two, and then at the three I have DeAnthony Arnett," Sweat said. "At the four, I have myself, and at the five I'd put Malik McDowell."
Craig Evans? As in the 320-pound plus Craig Evans?
"Yep, Craig can play basketball," Sweat said. "He can shoot, dribble, and he's a very dynamic playmaker."
