Did I miss a rules change on defensive holding?

I think on the defensive holding call against MSU in the first half the 10 yards were tacked on to the end of the play. I believe Comp pointed this out in the Oregon game, too, but at the time it seemed like a mistake. But I think it happened again today, which suggests this is a new rule.

Maybe I was just hallucinating.
