I am doing some research on different Big Ten classes and what I think about the rankings. I was going to profile guys I think are over-valued or under-valued on each team. I was about half way through the conference when I came across Jake Wohlabaugh of Ohio.
I must have missed the memo, when he was elevated to 4-stars and the #17 OG in the nation? I was following him early on when he was an unranked OG prospect and a low 3-star. I am just wondering when he showed out at a camp or combine that allowed his ranking to rise to 4-stars and jump to #17 in nation at his position? I am not questioning his talent as I am a fan, I am just wondering what the impetus was for the change? I can't find any updates about him showing out at a camp or combine. On June 10th he shot up to #11 in Ohio, I think he was in the high 20 or low 30's prior to that. June 10th was 3 days before the OSU Camp started? Then I do some more research and I find he was elevated to 4-stars back on April 30th?
I know some on here follow other sites, did Wohlabaugh attend a camp or combine I am unaware of?
So now I am back to square one on this article I was hoping to do!
