I find the inclusion of the universities questionable where the exact charges and or the number of charges can not be determined.
The report also mixes lessor charges with far more serious charges - if they wanted to present a fair and accurate article how about just concentrating on a specific charge (like rape) and the handling of that charge by the included universities....
