Bryon Bullough is a redshirt freshman middle linebacker. He is second on the depth chart in his very first season playing for MSU.
What he isn't is a celebrated player, with tremendous hype and expectations, at least, if you have been reading this Board for the past year. He has hardly been mentioned. But, he is a Bullough and he is one injury away from potentially replacing Riley and being arguably the most important defensive player on this roster (although, Jon Reschke could move over in that situation).
How did he get so overlooked? Are we Bulloughed out?
By all accounts, he is actually ahead of where his Brother Riley was at the same stage and just behind his other brother Max. He is a future All Big Ten middle linebacker and he has 4 years of eligibility.
I am looking forward to his debut on Friday. I look for him to get a lot of time on special teams, Maybe there much of this Board will be reminded he is on this roster and, perhaps, a future star. He is a Bullough, after all.
