Just for a general fan conversation...
Growing up in the 80s, there was a tight end from Ohio State name, John Frank. I remember this guy going over the middle fearlessly, getting wacked by a linebacker or safety regularly, and still hanging on to the ball every single time. Tough.
That guy made it to the NFL, but what I admired the most about the guy is that he went on to medical school and became a surgeon. He reminds me of an Aristotle type.
The guy went on and co-found the Israeli Bobsled Team, just missed the Olympics at Torino.
Today, Dr. Frank is an Assistant Professor at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeon.
