I will be attending my first game at Spartan Stadium in ten years this year! I just made plans with my father to attend homecoming against Purdue. I'm very excited to bring my wife and introduce her to East Lansing on game day! I know some of you must think "how is it someone has gone 10 years without going to EL?" but I can assure you I've attended quite a few other games in the process, just not at S.S. I've attended the Rose Bowl, BWW Bowl, Citrus Bowl, away games at Northwestern and Maryland over this span, but since I've been to Iraq twice, Afghanistan, stationed 3 years in Germany and 5 in Texas, I have been unable to get "home". Sorry for rant, just wanted to share my excitement with some people that would understand.
