I was watching the OL/DL battles very closely. Burton was getting upset as the OL were really having their way with the guys. The DL from Toledo was doing OK, but even he has work to do and the OL were mainly 2016 guys.
Burton got pissed and went and grabbed the a DT from another group who is a MAC level player and he got beat of Cupp once, but after that he was neutralized.
The whole time I am watching this this "man" is standing near me. Then Burton finally says to the man "if I get you a helmet will you get in there". The guy laughed and I realized it was Montez Sweat.
Besides looking like a man, Sweat is as physically impressive as anyone you will see. Think of a corse between Matt Trannon and KFD for those that ever saw those guys not in pads.
Later I spoke with a source and was informed MSU would love to add another guy like Sweat to this class if possible. Guys like him don't grow on trees and you kind of have to project a little. I can see MSU targeting a Sweat/Cooper tight down the line, maybe from outside the Midwest.
