What he does is something different than "play-by-play"
With him, the play happens, strayhorn goes nuts, then finally Blaha recaps the play with desperately manufactured excitement.
It's clear he cannot keep up with the play anymore and is unfit to do the job. It's been 3 years now.
There were several plays in which he forgot to say how many yards the play picked up. Had to wait until he reported the down/distance on the next play 30 seconds later.
We need to get someone like Mark Champion for next year.
