Pretty good look at how Hayes moves (in the story linked below). He moves well for a guy his size, and can bend. That's a good place to start for a LB. I haven't seen him in pads.
He is athletic right now, and you'd think he can become even more athletic as he tightens up his body a little bit. He could use some conditioning.
