How much of the real Spartans have we seen so far?

I doubt we have seen all of our offensive schemes are defensive schemes. So how much have we really seen in the first 4 weeks? Will we stay conservative with our first 2 Big Ten opponents since we should be heavily favored in those games? When will further chapters be revealed?
