If MSU lands Kenny Lyke they will have an outstanding pair of safety prospects in Lyke and Vance so that position is addressed very well

The next player I think the staff would love to see Go Green is WR Donnie Corley. Adding Corley would give MSU arguably the best WR class in the nation. Considering they are graduating 4 seniors, the trio of Chambers, Layne and Corley would have a chance to make an immediate impact. That would pretty much wrap up WR recruiting and again addressed very well.

If Corley goes Green I have a feeling MSU will be in a strong position with Lavert Hill. As I posted earlier Hill is friends with Corley and Vance. He committed to PSU prior to having a MSU offer. I think the opportunity to play for a program that is not in a re-building mode, is closer to home, is where many close friends play and just so happens to be known for producing great DB's could be tough to pass up.

The next big decision could be Auston Robertson of Indiana. Michigan State has made Robertson a priority recruit and Coach Dantonio has been actively involved. I like MSU's chances at this point. Ohio State has backed off due to waiting on Bosa to finish up the class. I think the Shilque Calhoun factor is a positive here. having him come back for his senior year and his development are things that Robertson.

The other DE the Spartans would love to see put on the Green and White is Josh King of Illinois. If Michigan State has Illinois product Kenny Lyke and fellow DE Auston Roberston the Spartans will ceertainly be in a strong position to add King. DL Coach Ron Burton will be working very hard to add King to the class.

If the Spartrans add King to go along with Robetson they will have a a pair of DE's as good as anyone in nation and you can be sure that an interior player or two would love to join the party. Building on the Illinois momentum, Naquan Jones is a player who may see the opportunity to play on a line that could develop to be one of the best in Big Ten history as too good of an opportunity to pass up.

If Jones ends up at Michigan Sate the scholarship numbers will start to tighten up a bit, but the staff will still have room for another elite DL or even two. Players of note are Khalid Kareem and Daniel Joseph. Keep in mind, MSU has also offered Joseph's teammate OL/DL. A commitment from Kareem, who will likely be 6'4 275-pound at the next level, would be a good fit as he has the size to play both inside and outside depending on down and distance.

Keep in mind, MSU's Camp will be rolling around in June and that always is a time when commitments take place. Ohio OL Gavin Cupp will likely decide after camping in East Lansing and Columbus. The commitment of Michael Jordan to OSU may have taken the spot Cupp could have earned. Don't be surprised if another OL comes to camp and gets serious consideration for an offer. Alaric Jackson of Detroit Renaissance has an offer and if he is at camp, it may be all it takes for him to pull the trigger.

ATH recruits....I think MSU will look to add a few players who they see as players that could project at multiple positions. Cameron Brown of Maryland is a player the staff would love. He projects as an OLB, but could grow into a DE. If MSU lands most of the above players, I think that enhances teh chances with Brown.
