If he hadnt been leaning to msu the last couple months or so (and quite possibly longer), BLine would never have offered and taken a commitment from Simpson. BLine knew where he was going, Everything that has been reported does not add up to him just deciding. MSU and UM were the obvious two, so once UM dropped out it was a foregone conclusion.
