I wanted Michigan to lose like most of you, but Michigan winning big is not such a bad thing for MSU. Let me clarify, I wanted Michigan to lose, but if they are going to win, then winning big is not a bad thing. It will vault them up the ranks so that it will be a very high profile game next week. Then when MSU beats them next week it will help our strength of schedule. If the unthinkable happens and MSU loses to Michigan, then MSU could still make the playoff by beating OSU and winning the Big Ten championship, assuming Michigan loses to the Buckeyes at the end of the year.
