I would get out ahead of this Expansion thing and expand to 12 teams and force teams to have a steep penalty for leaving.
First thing I would do is get:
-BYU
-Boise State
That gets you into 2 states with sold media bases. Both are solid football programs.
Anyone know why this has not happened? Both of those programs have just as much if not more history than Baylor or TCU.
