In watching the Purdue game again, the guy who played better than I realized was Arjen Colquhoun.
I knew he played well, and profiled that part of it in the Dot Comp article.
But in watching it again, I didn't realize exactly how well he played. He played like a senior MSU cornerback. He was excellent with his angles, sharp with his finishes, good in pass defense (even with the pass interference.) He looked capable and confident. His slope of improvement could be a positive in the weeks to come.
