For those with longer attention spans, this is an interesting interview with Les Snead, the General Manager of the LA Rams. Les discusses his approach to building a winning team, as well as a bunch of other things.
He seems to use a lot of the same type of language and sayings that Mel Tucker does, which I’m guessing isn’t a coincidence, but I wouldn’t know where they learned it from.
