Is it time to stop the trick plays?

I think Dantonio's last several trick plays have not worked. When my son and I were at the Cotton Bowl, prior to MSU's failed fake field goal play, I looked at my son and said, PLEASE don't let this be a fake FG. As the words had just left my mouth, I see Geiger running with the ball. I had to appologize to the Baylor family to the my left for my language after that play.

MSU's average margin of victory was over 20 points last season. I'm expecting more that same this year. Enough with the trick plays. Ok, perhaps throw one in early against WMU or some ligher weight, so teams have to continue to prepare for the odd trick play, but that's it. We have had a kicker and a punter needing off season surgery over the past couple of seasons. No need to risk them when you have the talent MSU does at the skill positions.
