MEN'S BASKETBALL Is MSU favored over UM in basketball next season?

I am a diehard Spartan, all my my friends call me Sparty due to my passion for MSU sports. My question is this ... with the haul that UM has gotten in the portal and coupled with our losses will they be better than us? I am giving Izzo a 4 game bump.
