Is Tony Poljan of Lansing Catholic Central 2016's Matt Sokol?

A 6'6" 230 pound QB/DE who runs a 4.8 who is a very good basketball player (20 pts, 10 rebounds). Could be a big athlete who could play on either side of the ball. Does anyone know anything about this kid.
