On that great left handed toss by Adams it was close (damn close) and right in front of the line judge.
It appeared to me that his right foot was over the line prior to the throw and I always thought that the entire ball must be thrown from behind the LOS.
Why that was not flagged and left to the judgement of replay was a huge gaffe by both line judges, seems to me that the the prevailing approach to officiating is when in-doubt... put it in the hands of the booth to get it right.
