As someone who just moved back to the EL area I find the excitement in the air as the students move back to campus invigorating! Not living here for 20 years you forget about that feeling. I missed it! Man to be 18 again. As I sat on my deck Thursday I could hear the roar of the fans and the band playing at Okemos High. Best time of the year and it only gets better next Friday! I'm excited but nervous for the Spartans. Throughout my lifetime our Spartans struggle when expectations are high. I know Coach D is different, but I'm nervous. Sorry folks. Anyway...I'm going to go back and listen to my Spotify channel I made from days at State and drink another cheap beer. Well not cheap, but hay I've earned better alcohol choices since those days.
