They should watch the board and watch the snarkiness of the board and when the snarkiness starts getting high, they one of them should pop. But not all of them.
After the commitment, continue watching the Board and the snarkiness and wait again until its starts getting snarky and then another one should pop.
All the while hints at silent commitments, visits to campus, prospects getting together with each other, other coaches, and taking trips to other campuses will do wonders at keeping the drama levels high.
