If my memory serves me right Allison got 1-2 years benefit of coaching with coach d. I remember him starting off as a wr or something but switched to olb I believe. I remember him pretty much being non existen his first couple years and then doing really well uner coach d on defense. Seems like his speed really helped against spread teams. I always thought that it was too bad he didn't get a full 4-5 years with the current staff. For some reason I see some of Ryan Allison is joe bachie. If so, he would def be a solid contributor in this program. Not sure if those two are a reasonable comparison but that is who bachie had been reminding me of
