As expected, it looks like Michigan State’s plan is to start redshirt freshman Katin Houser at quarterback. Houser will step in for redshirt junior Noah Kim, who has struggled over the past three games.

Now ESPN college football senior writer Pete Thamel is also reporting that Houser will draw his first-career start today.
