when will we know if there are going to be any rule or procedure changes relating to ball placement and the play clock. With all this great depth on defense that we have, it seems like we will have the same problems we had in Eugene last year. Will we have the same problems doing substitutions when the defense is on the field. We certainly seemed to handle it against Baylor in the Cotton Bowl.
