Just read the new story on the front about Williamson. So he was 220 in the bowl game and he's excited to be down to 214 now. His goal is 205 or so. The bowl game was four months ago. Williamson had an entire winter of conditioning.
What am I missing? At Williamson's age, he should be able to drop 5 pounds a month by eating one less pizza a week. Without conditioning.
BTW, last year I thought Williamson looked like he could have been a stud RB.
