He is tough to reach, but the OSU site got him. I would be very surprised if he ends up anywhere besides C-Bus despite the log jam at TE. I look for him to go there and have one of those typical OSU TE careers with about 35 catches in 4-years.
If I am a TE, I would look at PSU and MSU as places that have historically used TE's a lot more traditionally from a passing and blocking standpoint.
Like I have said, keep an eye on Noah Davis of Ohio...He is a kid who I like a lot.
