Madre London worked with a speed coach in high school, and it is not surprising he worked with one in the off-season. He said he was going to after the Green-White Game. Honestly, a speed coach isn't going to make him Jeremy Langford, but I think it can help. The biggest issue I had with London in the GW Game had nothing to do with speed. My problem was his tendency to go east and west rather than North-South. He's got to hit it harder, period. I think he knows that. Adding Larry Scott and Shelton to the mix will be good motivation for Holmes and London.
