I am putting together a story on McDowell for late tonight or early tomorrow, but here is some of his interview from after practice today. He feels really good about where he is at and the way the d-line is playing. He said he focused on having a All-American season as a sophomore.
I touched on this during the V-Cast, but McDowell was pretty happy with the goal line stop against Madre London during the scrimmage. He wasn't happy because he dropped London as much as because he beat Jack Allen on the play. McDowell didn't beat Allen much at all last year.
