I just happen to have this game on in the background while trying to work on some things.

Who says the day after the All Star Game is the slowest day in sports? We have this soccer game, and then Frank Mir fights a Top 10 contender on Fox1 later tonight.

Fox1 and Fox2 killing it tonight. Might not get good ratings, but I'm darn glad these networks exist.

As for this soccer game, first of all the crowd was loud, mostly a Mexican-based crowd. Not sure where they are playing.

Mexico led 2-0 in the second half. Then Trinidad rallied to take a 3-2 lead with three goals in like 10 minutes.

Then Mexico came back to tie it at 3-3 in the 88th minute, and then Mexico went up 4-3 at the 90th minute.

Then Trinidad came back and scored in extra time on a corner to get a 4-4 tie (while the guy kicking the corner kick was getting pelted by empty water bottles).

Trinidad won the group, over Mexico. Huge moment for Trinidad, apparently.

(By the way, anyone remember when Trinidad was the team the USA had to beat in order to qualify for the World Cup, in like 1989 or something like that? [For the 1990 world cup]. That was the USA team with Wynalda and Tab Ramos, I think).
