The Michigan State football program will host Cincinnati transfer rush end/outside linebacker Tyler Gillison on an official visit this Sunday, April 28 through Tuesday, April 30, he tells Spartans Illustrated.

Gillison redshirted as a true freshman in 2022 and did not see game action. As a redshirt freshman in 2023, he recorded 15 total tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and one pass defended.
He was a three-star defensive end prospect out of Pickerington Central High School in the 2022 class, and ranked as the No. 31 player in Ohio. Gillison had an offers list well into the double-digits,
His brother, Trenton Gillison, played tight end for the Spartans from 2018 through 2021.
