Mobile app issue..

I'm sorry if that had already been covered but does anyone know how to solve the problem of not being able to log into the mobile app? Login credentials work fine on Safari but that's it.
I have tried deleting and re-downloading but that doesn't help.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
