So...decided to go mobile as all tickets in the future at some point will be this way. Received an email from the ticket office with individual links to each game where you click on it and download the the ticket into your apple wallet or google pay. Here is the problem: I have 4 tickets that I share with others. The way MSU set it up does not allow you to send just 1 or 2 tickets to someone. You have to send them the link to the game that includes all tickets in the account. No way to separate them. So if I want to give/sell 2 of my 4 to someone they will have access to all 4 of my tickets to download. Also, multiple people can download the same ticket into their device.
I called the ticket office about this and they said that is the way it is set up.
THIS IS THE DUMBEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD AS IT PERTAINS TO MOBILE TICKETS!!!!!!
Has anyone else seen or experienced anything different from above?
Additionally, if you do a ticket transfer with the ticket office they charge $15 per ticket to complete the transfer. Also absurd in my opinion. SMH
